It operates through the following segments: FTZ, Inter-team, MECA, Mekonomen and Sørensen og Balchen. The FTZ segment primarily includes wholesaling and branch operations in Denmark. The Inter-Team segment includes wholesaling and branch operations in Poland and export operations. The MECA segment includes wholesale and branch operations in Sweden and Norway and fleet operations in Sweden. The Mekonomen segment includes wholesale, branch and fleet operations in Sweden and Norway. The Sørensen og Balchen segment includes wholesale and branch operations in Norway. The company was founded by Ingemar Fraim and Leif Möller in 1973 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
