Netease Weekly Chart Confirms Bullish Momentum.NASDAQ:NTES Having suffered a terrible correction from the November 2017 highs, it seems it has finally found some momentum to carry it back to a reasonable level. The stock has suffered as many Chinese stocks, from trade related anxiety and also from tougher Chinese regulations against gaming companies. After reporting earnings in early August the stock has already seen +20% gainsand upgrades may follow in the coming days to help propel it higher. Indicators point to future gains, dependant on market conditions.

NETEASE is at a critical point as earnings approach. Netease has been a major victim of political issues in China as it has cracked down on the Gaming industry, along with OTC:TCEHY it has battled to get some relief from government without a great deal of success. On top of that issue it is regarded as a no go zone for USA investors due to its Chinese origins and its inclusion in so many ETFS have meant that regardless of good earnings the selling has continued. We suggest that it may have finally found trendline support which if it breaks could be disastrous.
