DT. Telekom AG - XetraSince Feb. 2000 German Telekom AG has been ongoing forming an long lasting A/B/C - correction in Grand Supercycle Wave II down. Nevertheless, this is the reason, why the German DAX will outperform. Because the Telekom shares are "...one of the biggest tanks in that asset class index..." Until today there is no exhausting to see out of an internal trend channel. The correction is still ongoing (B) and should reach 30.63 €. On the right side in red, I mentioned a lot of gaps from the past.

DTE ChannelDT Telekom is trading in a channel since mid 2018. Already took the opportunity before earnings riding it from the lower border to the upper where the RSI also reached it's previous high. Switched to short at that level with a target and take profit to the previous support level @15.61 Due to the overall corona fear it broke this support and is now at the lower channel border again. I believe in an immense bounce right here, the volume is still pretty high and the RSI reached a point where it bounced back quite often in history. In my opinion it will be heading back to the upper border. Risk Reward Ratio is pretty good, will set my stop loss to 14.3, my take profit to 16.7. Just like the two latest trading days markets might take a dip at open before it bounces back during the day. So there might be a nice entry point at about 14.5.

Deutsche Telekom: Violent breakout incomingTightly sqeezing BB and sleeping alligator indicate, that a most violent breakout from this tight consolidation range is coming. Price remained fearly constant while the RSI has been slowly moving upwards. This combined with the recent gap down could indicate a bullish breakout, closing the gap. If you decide to trade this, either wait for the breakout to start before entering or make sure to trade a small position size with the SL just below the lower BB.

DT Telekom like a rabbit digging a holeIn May it is a year since they tasted the honeys of the gods, unfortunately it was a pleasure that lasted only one day because they have remained in a declining trend that brought them here. However everything makes it seem like this is about to end, the next area of strong support is reinforced as a confirmed monthly support. It is important to take into account that if this does not stop it the next super support will not find it until 12.66 It's going to be interesting to see what happens. I hope everybody is fine
