Potential gap fill opportunity in DPZ after it mad its
usual recovery from post earnings selling.
Reclaimed the 50MA today and now the 20MA stands
in the way.
Possible entry above $411 with $425.77 as the gap fill target.
Stochastic bottoming and RSi in reversal
Domino (DPZ) recovering after Q3 profit miss?Technically speaking I see this rebound as the start of a possible recovery. The price is already over the VWAP on 2 hours, the MFI is oversold since October 8 on 4 hours, the ADX is slightly moving down from the current bearish micro-trend also on 4 hours, so for me, the bearish momentum seems to be getting weaker.
Hopefully, the price will stay above the 233 SMA, the green line. 🤞
My first target is the closest yellow line above the price, the average APT (Analyst Price Target) at $431.12, and two more targets at 127.20% and 150% Fibonacci levels. Stop-loss already moved to a small percent above break-even.
If the price gets me out I will enter again at the yellow line below the price, which is the average lowest projection made by some analysts which at the same time converges with a high volume area, the purple line. 👌
From my point of view, the fundamentals aren't terrible, I believe indeed they are promising. If you want to go deeper you will easily find many analysts talking about the company.
I'm in since yesterday, and I will do my second entry in a possible retracement close to the $397.

Dominos enters earnings at a ATH with record demand and high sentiment.
That was also the case in April & July and on both occasions the initial pop was given back quickly,
will it be a sell the news event once again ?
Indicators also suggest that the stock has a decline coming with peeks in the Stochastic and RSI
been good guides in the past.
We believe the stock may have the fundamentals going into earnings but technically not so.

it's not looking good for $DPZSeems like $DPZ has been consolidating all week but today it broke through the floor. If this falls through 375$ next support is 362$. After that it's $300. I'm personally executing call credit spreads until i spot a reversal. This company will not go bankrupt but it seems like its going to get worse before it gets better. Trade safely.
This can boom!$DPZ tried breaking out of resistance 3 times already and it finally did with earnings on thursday. What i suspect happened on Friday was a pullback to test previous resistance which may be the new support. This one I'm watching closely on Monday. While the volume is lower than i'd like it to be and the oscillators are pointing down i think a significant buzz is being created over the weekend (all the price upgrades from various analysts) can make this pop. I can even argue that what we'll see is the start of a 3rd elliot wave. I can short it if it drops to 375$ that's plan B.
DPZ outperforms peers. Bullish FridayDPZ ($407.52) is trading above estimated fair value ($263.27). Value is underperforming growth.
DPZ price consolidates then breaks out.
I predict stay at home stocks will continue to gain, especially the few restaurant socks able to keep business operating as usual.
Chipotle might be an interesting stock to look into for similar reasons.
