Great Eagle Holdings Ltd. is engaged in the real estate business. It operates through the following business segments: Hotel Operation, Property Investment, Property Development, Other Operations, Champion REIT, Langham, and US Real Estate Fund. The Hotel Operations segment represents hotel accommodation, food and banquet operations and hotel management. The Property Investment segment is the gross rental income and building management service income from leasing of furnished apartments and properties held for investment potential. The Property Development segment is the income from selling properties held for sale. The Other Operations segment refers to the sale of building materials, co-working space operation, investment in securities, provision of property management, maintenance and property agency services. The Champion REIT segment is based on published financial information of Champion REIT. The Langham segment represents the published financial information of Langham. The U.S. Real Estate Fund segment is comprised of rental income and related expenses of the property owned by the U.S. Real Estate Fund. The company was founded by Lee Kwan Lo To and Ying Shek Lo in 1963 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
