Lufthansa may begin its 5th wave upCHXEUR:LHAD
Lufthansa touched today a significant Fibonacci level, the 0,382 of the previous 3rd wave. The time length of the correction is also eligible, so everything is given to begin its 5th wave. I should also mention, that the next (0,5) Fibonacci level is under the top of the 1st wave, so if it reached then the wave counting would prove incorrect because wave 4 would overlap wave 1 that is not allowed according to EW theory. The uptrend will be strengthened if the price crosses the red trend line upward. Price target is above the previous top, 31,12€.
Doube bottomLufthansa announced record earnings after this year's acquisitions of Air Berlin and Brussels Arlines. Strengthening ties with US companies is also a good sign and efforts to make the company as lean as possible seem to have pleased markets. Technically the surge since Trump's election has been impressive and the recent double bottom points to potential continuation. The company warned of lower future earnings because of increases in the price of Oil.

LHA, RWE, UN01 all positions closed out for nice profit.Opening prices: LHA@12,33$ RWE@12,50$ UN01@13$
Closed all positions at 22,80$, 20,25$ and 23,17$ respectively.
Here i figured i would just let loose for now and liquidate these positions. For the moment they all seem topped out and with elections coming up in Germany i figured: Take the money and run!
Will be doing some further charting on these in the future to determine some new entry levels.
The next Breakout-Candidate?Breakout Through 21,2 should initiate a dynamic upwave. First tp could be the top at 22.65

LHA (Lufthansa) - German Airline leaving cruising altitude?Lufthansa is the biggest German Airline and best performing stock in the DAX. At the moment the story is the takeover of bankrupt Air Berlin. In my opinion there is a lot of early praise in the stock, so it might have reched or be close to it´s peak. Also, from a technical side, there is a big resistance in front of the door. So LHA is still in an uptrend, but might be a good short after a break of the two support levels, shown green in the chart.

Lufthansa At Reasonable Lows, It Looks Like A BuyLufthansa looks like a technical buy. It isn't a bad time for airlines, with cheaper fuel costs and holidays on the horizon.
