Hi Traders,
I'd like to introduce the System T, a computerized trading system that analyzed and backtested the 20 years history data of over 100 markets.
This post is my sharing of how I think about systematic trading and the signals generated by the System T.
(This is my opinion only, NOT the financial advice.)
I think that for the system to open a trade and manage risk, it only needs a buy signal & a stop-loss signal clearly on the chart.
Once the system finds a good trend, it will ride it as long as possible. The stop-loss will be adjusted accordingly to the new price movement.
(Remember to follow this trade idea and follow my profile to get updates about the stop-loss adjustment and sell signal based on the latest price and market conditions daily.)
System T performances above will give you an idea of how it performs in the last 20 years.
Notice that this result was achieved only if I strictly followed the rule: "Only and Always Buy & Sell based on the System Signals".
Don't sell when there is no sell signal as we all want to follow the good trends til the end like everything in life does. \(^-^)/
Also, my system is extremely diversified through over 100 markets so that it only risks less than -1% of the total capital per trade.
Thank you and good luck!

SYY, Sysco Corp. - Breakout on Ascending TriangleNYSE:SYY
Excellent breakout of this ascending triangle in SYY. Interesting also the Risk Reward considering the constant growth that this company is having and after a period in which the price bounced in a range now has the opportunity to continue to increase the value.

SYY long callSysco Corporation has broken the downward trendline and seems to be gaining momentum with the daily RSI just reaching near 70. However, the weekly RSI has plenty of room to go up for the longterm. For this stock option, I've purchased a long call strike 8/16/19 at the 70$ call for 2.35$ per 1 contract = 235$ investment. At expiration, the stock has to go above 72.35 to break even. Since the may contracts are pricing in about a 3$ move by the end of May, this means that the stock could be up more than 2.35$. If the stock reaches my price of 72.35 on may 31st, then the stock will make estimated 134$ = 57%. If the stock does not move up within 1 month, I would be interested in de-risking and opening a short call strike above to collect premium from time decay.
Sysco Earning Miss: NOT A FLASH SALESYY was moving bearish before the miss but this is not looking good for them at all. This is not a dip buy opportunity but rather the opposite. This is an opportunity for puts as they pullback towards their 55.81 and then 47.2 supports. The market conditions should compound this problem as it pulls the index down, the panic from the miss and poor chart movement leading into additional selling and further failures of support. This is one of many reasons why 55.81 support is already toast and it doesn't even know it yet.

What started as a blastoff higher ended a day later with a Fast Ball XRV setup lower. We will look for short sale opportunities at intraday support and resistance.
