USDOLLAR trade ideas
Daily USDOLLAR Third rejection of 12300, may push the market down to 12200ish, IF we do close strongly below 12300, I stay with my bearish bias for next week.
Key Levels:
Bull trendline since June 2016.

USDOLLAR Possible wayin my analysis, USDOLLAR going to retracement in 61.8 and will continue to make make bearish.
USDOLLAR Long (but not yet)I'm waiting to go long on the USDOLLAR. But before I would expect price to break 2017-02-02 then down to 12240 before trully moving back up for a last impulsive leg up.

Scenario Two - Dollar WeaknessHeres our second scenario for the dollar over the next few months, our first scenario showed possible strength with the dollar whereas this is showing weakness, if this trend-line breaks there will be confluence to start selling the dollar, we have a long-term head and shoulders pattern that looks like it could start to form, and we would also have a trend-line break and retracement. First target will be the neckline of the head and shoulders pattern, we'll have to see what price action shows around there as there could be more opportunity to sell the dollar if support doesnt hold and then turns into resistance.
Scenario One - Dollar StrengthHeres scenario one of two, which could bring more dollar strength over the next few months, we have a strong trend line and recent resistance that didn't manage to hold, this could now be the area to start buying the dollar if it holds and makes a new support zone. Make sure you check out scenario two which shows a setup for dollar weakness

What to do in a choppy market? Sell the top and buy the break!my projection tells me that USDOLLAR has room to continue down this channel until 12050, in the mean time we can sell the top of the channel with a stop outside of it or wait for a break out and buy it!
nevertheless, this is a correction move in a larger trend in the long term, use good money management and do not revenge trade!

USDOLLAR LongUSDOLLAR is still correcting. However, major support zone are coming. Let wait to see it this support zone is holding (double bottom, top trend line breakout). Then wait for pullback and go long.

Dollar strength however...We had a pretty strong move to the downside, now if this is an impulsive move (trend) or if its just a correction that remains to be seen.
Regardless we have double bottomed and we need a retrace to the upside, however lets not expect new highs anytime soon.
