higher low setting?From the ATH this has retraced 14% down into a demand zone. On nov 18 while it was in its 60 price range the company has renewed it's buyback program indicating that they themselves thinks it's undervalued. My previous idea of a channel has been nullified, but I still believe we are overdue for a bounce based on how price action is forming . Their PE ratio is 18~ at a cheaper price their it's competitor's. Zooming in we can see some bullish divergence on the macd and RSI and on the ADX if we compare the swing low and high we can see some bullish divergence there as well. and it seems to be in the process of forming a double bottom ( not confirmed yet). We can see a downtrendline being broken and had a retest as well. The main reason why I think this is a good spot si the amount of buyback that is happening today of a whopping 1.225 million shares was bought today by the company. Assuming the average price they bough tit at was about 57.5 then we can say they spent about 70.5 million $ today in share buybacks today. You can do the math yourself if you look at the insider filling as these are ballpark numbers.

channelThis is a ticker that is one of the safer plays as grocery stores are not going anywhere anytime soon. If we take a look at their annual earnings we can see their revenue has increased as well as their profits. Comparing this years annual EPS with the previous years EPS of 3.15/2.79 we can see that there is a 13% increase in EPS. if we were to assume the price of the stock should increase by EPS then a 13% increase from Dec 30 2019 53.5 should lead to an increase of share price to 60.4 so in those metrics we are undervalued. What is great about these defensive stocks is the the safety that it provides in many ways such as it being an essential business and the Canadian government essentially subsidizing the business through CEWS and as well as CRSB ,which allows works to have sick leave at the tax payer's expense instead of the companies. I think this can be reflected by it's modest increase in it's operating expenses when you compare the increase of operating expense this year to the previous years. Currently trading at a PE ratio of 18.2. Moreover, if we consider the low interest rates, I believe it should be trading at a more higher price relative to its increase in EPS ( higher than 60.4). TA We trading at the bottom of a channel with bullish divergence on ths rsi and macd. Moreover we have a lot of horizontal support below it providing a nice cushion in which i doubt will break unless a black swan event occurs. With the target being the top of the channel we may see a 15% price target

MRU - Métro - Analyse TechniqueSuite à la correction boursière des premiers mois de l'année 2018. Nombreuses sont les compagnies dont le cours boursier a baisser au cours des dernières semaines. Malgré le fait que le taux d'intérêt tant a monter et que techniquement les banques et le cours boursier devrait être heureuse et s'ajuster positivement ce n'est pas encore le cas. Donc cherchant en vain des titres dans lesquels je pourrais investir mes liquidités, je me suis référé a la liste Top 10 Canadien pour les titres à dividendes. Après quelques recherches, je suis tombé sur un titre intéressant dont l'analyse technique nous montre de belles opportunités de croissance. La seule question est: sommes-nous arrivé un peu trop tard au party ? Donc, que voit-on d'intéressant dans ce graphique ? Positifs: Quelques points positifs intéressants. La tendance est clairement haussière.  Les différentes moyennes mobiles se sont croisées aux alentours de 40.73$ et le titre a depuis débuter une belle croissance positive. Le titre pourrait atteindre bientot sa résistance des 3 derniers mois a 42.65$ et pourrait par la suite atteindre sa prochaine résistance importante a 43.63$ atteinte le 29 Septembre dernier. Négatif: Le titre est présentement "overbought", la valeur RSI étant relativement élevée. Nous pourrions assister sous peu a une légère correction avant de passer par la suite a la prochaine hausse.
