GNO Breaking OutGnosis just broke out of the falling wedge it has been trapped in. From a technical perspective there is huge upside to this coin. I didn't know much about GNO and am no expert on it but it sounds like a good idea. It is essentially a decentralized method of polling. The idea behind this is that
