THE KOG REPORT - ELECTION SPECIAL UPDATEEnd of day update from us here at KOG: The path has worked quite well so far with price testing the high, adhering to KOG's bias for the day and week and respecting the red boxes. We've managed to stay the right way and capture most of the move down completing nearly all the bias level targets on the KOG Report. So, what now? We have major support below at the 2650-55 region with slight extension in to 2645. If this level is attacked and defended in the coming sessions we should get a move back upside into the initial levels of 2675 and above that 2680-5. We do need to see a clean reversal for this to happen so let's be patient if you're looking to go long. Those who followed and are short, we suggested protecting and taking partials along the way while enjoying the move. For now, planned and executed, Excalibur and the red boxes performing well. The Gold CrashWhy 100 Pips Today Isn’t What It Used to Be When Gold traded below $2,000, a 100-pip movement carried a specific weight in terms of impact and volatility. As prices rise, the pip value naturally adjusts in real terms. This means that what was a 100-pip fluctuation when Gold was at $1,800 is now effectively a 150-pip movement at $2,750. Proportionally, it’s the same value as before, but this shift has important implications for traders who need to recalibrate their stop-loss and take-profit orders accordingly. Translating Pip Fluctuations into Percentages To understand why this adjustment matters, let’s look at pip movements in percentage terms. When Gold traded at $1,800, a 100-pip fluctuation represented about 0.56% of the price. At $2,750, a 100-pip movement is about 0.36%—a significant reduction. If we want to maintain the same degree of responsiveness in our trades, the stop-loss should be scaled to approximately 150 pips, rather than sticking to a smaller value that might prematurely trigger stops or undershoot our profit potential.

THE KOG REPORT - FOMCTHE KOG REPORT – FOMC This is our view for FOMC, please do your own research and analysis to make an informed decision on the markets. It is not recommended you try to trade the event if you have less than 6 months trading experience and have a trusted risk strategy in place. The markets are extremely volatile, and these events can cause aggressive swings in price. For this report we’re going to use the same chart as the election projection seeing as the levels are working well. We have lower support now at the red box defence line which did it’s job at 2660-5 while resistance stands at the 2710 level. Breaking above the 2710 region we have the key level 2730-35 which is where we would ideally like it to go before we see a reaction in price, a clear sign of reversal and then potential to attempt the short again. Please note, the chart shows the extension of the move into the 2750 region, which is possible if they want to really drive it volume. We’re in a scenario here where we can’t long as it was already suggested traders hold long runners from below, which was the ideal entry level for this retracement. The only thing we can do now is sit it out, or, as above, look for a decent set up for the short. RED BOXES – Above 2704 look for 2710 and 2728 Below 2693 look for 2675 and 2667 Simple one again this time round, it’s been a great week and today topped it off with us managing to trade it down and back up again. Gold Analysis==>>Falling(Signs)Today's data release included the Core PCE Price Index , Employment Cost Index (ECI) , and Unemployment Claims . Core PCE, the Fed's key measure of inflation, saw slower-than-expected growth, suggesting some cooling in consumer prices. This could lead to a potential moderation in the Fed's rate policy if inflationary pressures continue to ease. The ECI also grew slower than forecasts, indicating wage growth remains somewhat controlled, which also alleviates inflationary concerns. Meanwhile, the higher-than-expected unemployment claims hint at challenges in the labor market. According to the recent economic data and the possible reduction of inflationary pressures, the desire to reduce the interest rate has increased, and this has caused the price of gold to decrease . Gold ( OANDA:XAUUSD )is attractive as a safe-haven asset in times of high inflation, and deflation has reduced its demand. Regarding Technical Analysis , Gold started to fall, as I expected in the previous post. According to the Elliott wave theory , Gold has completed main wave 5 , and we should wait for Corrective Waves . One sign of a further decrease in Gold can be the formation of a Bump and Run Reversal Top Pattern , which is currently in the Run phase . I expect Gold to continue its downward trend due to the high momentum of the decline experienced in the previous hours. Gold Amid US Election ResultsGold Amid US Election Results Today, the US dollar is showing slight weakness across the currency board as the market focuses on the US election results. Experts believe it might take at least a few days before there is a clear winner. Gold, on the other hand, is in a strong bullish trend and tends to make unpredictable moves, especially when the market is uncertain about USD strength. The time it can take for the election results could allow gold to rise further and dominated by bullish volume, as indicated on the chart. XAUUSD Long term selling can start as early as now. Target 2550.Almost 3 months ago (August 19, see chart below) we gave a bullish medium-term signal on Gold (XAUUSD) that almost hit our 2800 Target last week: We are high enough to take profits as the target was missed by just 10 points. On top of that, the price is very close to what we consider the absolute top potential of this pattern (Fibonacci level 1.0 at 2900), so from a R/R perspective the return isn't worth the risk. In addition the 1W RSI is deeply overbought (above 80.00), which is always a bearish sign, even on the medium-term. But this exact 1W RSI overbought (Double) Top, was seen on the August 03 2020 High, which was the Top of the previous Cycle. As you can see this cyclical pattern frequency holds since 2016 and based on the last Cycle alone, we can sell and initially target the 1W MA50 (blue trend-line) and the 0.786 Fibonacci retracement level at 2550. THE KOG REPORT - UpdateEnd of day update from us here at KOG: This is more of an update to last week's analysis which worked well for us. The NFP report gave the level for the bounce which happened, we then updated our traders today with the range target levels and movement, which also worked well. We can now see price playing the order region with support 2728 and resistance stretched to the 2750 level which needs to spike and hold us down. Elections tomorrow, so please take it easy. For the early session, levels to watch: Support - 2731, if rejected 2745-50 should be achievable. Resistance - 2745-50, if held, 2720 should be achievable. As always, trade safe. KOG

GOLD - Price can reah resistance level and then start to fallHi guys, this is my overview for XAUUSD, feel free to check it and write your feedback in comments👊 Some days ago price grew inside rising channel, where ot fell to support area and then bounced up, breaking $2500 level. Then price rose in channel to $2605 level, exited from rising channel, and started to trades inside flat. In flat, Gold rose to top part and then made a correction to $2605 support level, after which bounced up. Price exited from flat and continued to grow inside pennant, where it rose to resistance line, breaking $2710 level. But recently, XAU turned around and made downward impulse, exited from pennant, and broke $2710 level one more time. XAU/USD : Gold Set for a Move as U.S. Election Sparks VolatilityBy analyzing the #Gold chart in the 1-hour timeframe, we can observe several reactions to the demand levels we identified. Yesterday, we saw an initial bounce from the $2733 zone, with a 70-pip rise taking it close to $2740. Later, this morning, the price dipped below $2730 and reached the $2727 zone, where it was met with strong demand, resulting in a sharp increase of over 200 pips up to $2745. Currently, gold is trading around $2742, and I expect it to soon make another move toward the liquidity pools above $2745 and $2748. After that, keep an eye on the price reaction at $2752.
