Asseco South Eastern Europe SA is a holding company, which engages in the provision of information technology and consulting services. It operates through the following segments: Banking Solutions; Payment Solutions; and Dedicated Solutions. The Banking Solutions segment includes omnichannel solutions, integrated core banking systems based on the Oracle and Microsoft platforms as well as authentication security solutions, reporting systems for regulatory compliance and managerial information, as well as risk management systems. The Payment Solutions segment provides complete payment industry solutions supporting online and offline payments. The Dedicated Solutions segment provides services to the sectors of utilities and telecommunications, public sector (including road infrastructure), government as well as to the banking and finance sector. The company was founded on April 10, 2007 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.
