The price has traded in a sideways range since late May however the most recent set of higher lows suggests potential for buyers to overwhelm sellers, clear the overhead resistance, re-test and then possibly continue to trend higher.
We may see a break above resistance, followed by short consolidation and then a possible trend. I have flagged this idea as LONG, but await price confirmation.

I like this kind of behaviour in a stock This is my second biggest winner at the moment behind distell. Currently sitting at 22.59% profit if my stop is hit. We had a nice bullish flag on the stock. I’m waiting for a close above R38.40 resistance to add to the position with a stop loss at R36.80. Moving my stop to R36.80 increase my profit to 28.7% meaning I will be putting on a 3% position.

The stock has been looking bullish for a minute now. Breaking into higher boxes with relative ease. It broke a significant monthly level as well. The stock is looking to break to a higher box. I’m looking for a close above 3100c then I will add to my position, and trail my stop loss to around 2790c level.

Have the 2600c sellers of TCP stepped aside yet?Nice horizontal bullish flag on bullish flag on Transaction. There seem to be a tug of war of buyers and sellers of the stock between the 2300c-2600c over the past couple of months. This is a trade I’m in. Im looking for a break above 2600c and I will add into the position.
Transaction Capital Analysis Trans Cap has produced really good steady growth since mid March last year bringing in 163% share price growth since then. Although temporarily in a horizontal trend, it is still well above the uptrend support line. Its safe to expect the rate of growth to continue if we remain above the uptrend support beyond March.
Horizontal bullish flagWe nice looking horizontal bullish flag on the stock. Looks like the 2300c-2600c is an area of supply and demand. Looks like there’s a seller at 2600c and a buyer at 2300c. At some point either the seller will run out Transaction shares to sell, or the buyer will run out of capital allocated to the share. At which point the share will break in the direction of the winner. At the moment my money is on the buyer. I’m looking for a break through 2600c.

Transaction Capital Analysis Transaction Capital must be one of the biggest winners of the year in terms of share price. After a period of calm, it has started soaring again. On my initial analysis i stated this as one of the staple stocks for growth on should have in terms of JSE stocks especially for long term. At this point we wait and continue buying at the dips.
