Depending on the technical situation we could retest that negative slope resistance or break to retest ATH (never count the first bar, CEXes do that purposefully).
if you bought at (1) I would suggest to take profit at (3) in the first case in case of the downward slope
in the bullish case I'd suggest to set your notifications an check thoroughly RSI+Bollinnger on a 4h timeframe which seems the most reliable for this ticker.
either way keep your eyes open, the point of trading is to enter and exit positions positively, fill your bags and and also be stress free unless you bought bottom test :)
