It operates through the following segments: Construction & Real Estate Operations, Hotel Operations, and Financial Investments. The Construction & Real Estate Operations segment includes leasing of properties, real estate development, projects leasing and the construction activity for self or others. The Hotel Operations segment includes the hotel services provided through Hilton Garden Inn Hotel - Kuwait. The Financial Investments segment includes investments in portfolios, shares and financial instruments in and outside Kuwait managed by self or by firms. The company was founded on September 19, 1964 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
