Link looking to continue forwardLINK despite the rejection is flashing bullish on all of the long term momentum indicators. RSI is high, HV is climbing, the token has dipped into local demand on the daily and is looking at another test of monthly resistance. LINK was first mover in 2018 and held strong during the covid crash I wouldnt fade that token as one of the most obvious (safer) picks in the market for a hold into BTC price discovery. 22 UPCOM:ISH is next fib level too.

This pullback makes sense, I think people forget how much sell pressure a larger wallet has when they are suddenly up 3-4x on a position. RSI is breaking trend as well and the 20SMA needs a while to catch up. I expect a pullback to 13.18$ the red fib level which is still in a demand zone.

I observed three different zones based on the past data in the 1D chart that might possibly cause some reactions during the uptrend.
Our perfect entry point would be where we see that the price bounces back up after it drops down to the point where the bottom trend line and the bottom line of Zone 3 converge, thus confirming that Zone 3 is still valid to this date.
Even if they don't coverge perfectly like we wish them to be, if we see the price bouncing back up after reaching the bottom line of Zone 3, this would be a valid entry point.
Same goes for the Zone 2 and Zone 1:
if we see the price bouncing back up after reaching the bottom line of each zone, this will be our entry point.
If the bottom line of each zone and the bottom trend line converge, this would make a perfect entry point.
These are another good examples of valid entry point.

LINK Weekly Analysis - Are we about to Reverse to the Downside?Chainlink had a fantastic breakout of the Weekly 200EMA closing two weekly candles above it. We're about to close a third bullish weekly candle in a row, so should we long at this level? Not so fast!
As a trend continues your probability of profit increases in that direction, but that's in exchange for greater risk because your stop loss must be placed under the bull bars. Eventually, that formula is no longer sustainable because more traders stop entering as the risk grows and the trend reverses.
In this case, a tight stop placement would be at $7.00, and a riskier but still reasonable stop placement would be at $9.00 just below the 200EMA. The current price is almost at $16.00, longing here would give you at best a 2:1 Risk/Reward Ratio, which is a fine scalp but given the following key points, I would wait.
Key Points
1. Strong bounce off of Weekly Support led to a bull breakout!
2. Price is in contact with a Weekly Resistance Zone
3. Bitcoin as a leading indicator, has not confirmed its breakout of Weekly Resistance
4. RSI is overbought. Wait for a pullback to enter Long.
I believe we need more price action before we can long, but I would also not short until we see a reversal bar closing on or near its low.

LINK - Impulsive Wave Wrapping Up
The solid impulsive wave tripled LINK´s value from early June until now. For the time being, I´m considering 4.761 to be the bottom for this token.
I´m considering that we should be finishing wave 5 soon, so I´m not buying at current levels (which are massively overextended).
After we get a clear correction, I´ll look for long trades again.
