A low-value stock FTFT have a greater assets and potentialI checked the announcement of Future Fintech Group (NASDAQ: FTFT). In the past six months, they have successively issued announcements to acquire Hong Kong Nice Talent Asset Management, Sichuan Tema supply chain management, Indonesia Asiasens Investment Holding and Bitcoin Bank in the Caribbean, Blocknance etc, but none of them seemed to have officially completed the acquisition. As a small retail investor, I called to ask about this. Their staff answered mainly because of the Covid-19, which prevented the due diligence from being implemented as planned. The approval of the local government of the acquired company was also delayed due to the Covid-19.
However, it should continue in the near future. M&A will be completed. I personally think that FTFT itself is a blockchain concept stock. The stock price has recently risen with the skyrocketing of Bitcoin; once these acquisitions are completed, the stock cannot rise 10 times? I have listed these announcements. FTFT BullishYesterday's candle really expanded its trading range with a .45 cent intraday move vs. its ATR of .31 cents. Closing over the 23.6% fib level is encouraging and I like the proximity to the POC line at 2.19 (represents Point of Control) it's the point where the most shares were traded since Sept 1.
I want to see this hold the Fibonacci level at $2.30 for entry. Also keeping watch on the 9ema to stay above the 20ema. I will go long with a 1 ATR stop until this moves in my favor. I like Chinese stocks and blockchain for 2021 so this could be a nice swing trade.
