Short on DropBoxIn general, DropbBox has turned into a clear downtrend.
As market is rally along the downtrend, I spotted a entry for shorting.
That is a BEARISH HARAMI setup with following criteria:
a bullish rally up
Forming a big green candle
Followed by a small candle within
In addition, there is a nice pivot point near moving average on point of control.
with all these confluence, i short.
New Pairs Today - $LOW $TJX $AVB $IYR $DBX $BOXHey guys, we had a nice uptick in volatility today with the VIX climbing to 29.2, with that I put on 3 new pairs trades. Long $TJX / Short $LOW - Long $AVB / Short $IYR - Long $BOX / Short $DBX. I still have 3 other open pairs trades.
Barring any unexpected event I think volatility could stay tame up until the election in 2 weeks then we could see some massive re-pricing on the day of the election and the following several sessions as the market re-prices assets according to what new administration is set to takeover the White House, so I plan on having light exposure going into the election, not putting on any new trades in the several days leading into the election and then look for volatility spikes afterwards to enter new pairs trades.

DBX - 8.60% Potential Profit - Support BreakoutCorridor breakout past a 5-month correction.
Price has been down-trending since May, including during the August's Nasdaq rally. Disappointing earnings created a short momentum.
Lack of resistance confirmation means that we are chasing the price. However, my Stop/Loss is very tight and we are protected in case of an unexpected bounce. This is also due to the unpredictability of the market these days.
I would wait a few minutes into the trading session before entering an order and potentially slightly change my entry/stop based on it.
- Target Entry $19.25
- Target Stop Loss $19.50
- Target Exit $17.34

- Note that I tend to adjust stop losses in order to secure profits early and preserve capital. This means that the target price is going to be achieved as long as there are no strong pullbacks that trigger my new adjusted stop loss

Hey, traders!
Good short coming up.
What's on the chart:
1. A strong level formed by a limit order at 19.56.
2. This limit application is being taken apart, a pressure is formed.
3. A false breakout was made, after which we did not go up, the paper is pressed.
It's a safe scenario:
entry after the fastening bar is formed.
SL above the punching bar.
