KHC - daily breakoutYeah idk this thing has been pretty strong long ketchup people are probably panic buyying it up right now , they recently partnered with googl for AI stuff that's cool, boomer value name, i want to see break and base over 40 level break towards 41-42 i just really like the chart
KHC - good price actionKHC broke out of a 7 month cup formation on good volume, then went back to retest the breakup "neckline" which has proven to be a support so far. The odds are good that it will continue higher to an intial target of around $43.50 where it could face some resistence.
Initial stop loss will be just a few ticks below the neckine support @ 38.12
p/s "cup" or "cup and handle" that formed after a prior uptrend has good odds of succeeding when it broke up on good volume. A retest of the neckline is also common and consolidated it as a new support level.

$KHC long idea Kraft Heinz reported earnings recently and raised guidance. The multinational foods giant increased its long-term growth targets for organic net sales to between 2% and 3%, from 1% to 2% previously. It also raised the long-term adjusted earnings per share growth target to 6% to 8%, from 4% to 6% previously.
Kraft Heinz falls under the consumer staple category which could be looked at as a safe haven during this inflation period and higher rate environment. A company that projects itself to grow during times of uncertainty and continues to pay a dividend shows real confidence. Hard not to be confident when almost every American has your product in their pantry.
The technical side of Kraft Heinz shows some real accumulation via volume indicator on the daily chart following ER. We are now seeing strong follow through after the breakout of 38.
Next targets are 40 and 42.
