It operates through the following divisions: Wood, Glass and Stone, Mechatronics, Tooling, and Components. The Wood division involves in the production, distribution, installation, and after-sales service of panel processing machines and systems. The Glass and Stone division specializes in the development of glass and marble processing machines. The Mechatronics division manufactures industrial mechanical and electronic components. The Tooling division produces grinders and tools carrying the Diamut brand. The Components division makes mechanical parts for wood and glass and marble processing machines. The company was founded by Giancarlo Selci in 1969 and is headquartered in Pesaro, Italy.
