It operates through the following segments: System Integration & Maintenance Services, Construction, and Investment Holding. The System Integration & Maintenance Services segment involves in the provision of turnkey engineering design and integration, program management, installation, commissioning, and the provision of electronic systems testing and repair. The Construction segment refers to construction works and related services. The Investment Holding segment deals with investment in subsidiaries and other investments. The company was founded by Keng Hok Leng on October 2, 2003 and is headquartered in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.
