Can BslCorp keeps the Upward Momentum?Basically Bslcorp is involving in precision stamping and PCB assy.
The company valuation had went down to 0.065 from its peak 2.430 in Nov'21. This had happened amid BCM Allience / Cita Realiti disposing their shares.
Having a very low gearing ratio (0.09 as of Feb '22) while the US gov is trying to minimize China influence in the chips sector, this will provide an ample leveraging opportunity for fund should there be a need.
Looking at the chart, Bslcorp had been consolidated from 9 Dec to 20 Dec.
But today there is a chance that the consolidation is ending as:
1) Today we can see a Bullish Engulfing candle which potential to trigger a reversal.
2) The Stoch is showing inversal from price movement. We can see Stoch is making lower low while the price is moving in higher low.
3) The Stoch also suggesting that it is in oversold territory.
If a reversal really take place, the resistant will be at 0.230 followed by 0.280.
If it breaks 0.125, next support will be at 0.105.
