It operates through the following segments: Commercial Vehicles and Body Works, Property Development, Construction, and Others. The Commercial Vehicles and Bodyworks segment focuses on the assembly of new commercial vehicles as well as the rebuilding of used commercial vehicles. The Property Development segment offers property development activities. The Construction segment is involved in general building contracting, civil works, and structural construction. The Others segments refer to investment holding and the provision of management services. The company was founded by Boon Koon Goh in 1977 and is headquartered in Sebarang Perai Selatan, Malaysia.
