The Software Solutions segment offers e-Solutions, ICT consultancy services, and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions. The Automation Systems segment is composed of RFID Access Control Systems, Building Management Systems, Integrated Security Division, and mechanical and electrical engineering services. The F&B Distribution segment relates to acquisition of Sunland, which sells and distributes imported food items. The company was founded by Mohammad Sobri bin Saad on November 6, 2009 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
