Gfm nearly to Head & Shoulder pattern Gfm is an integrated facilities management & service provide company. Back in November, GFM acquired the remaining shares in oil and gas (O&G) maintenance services provider Highbase Strategic Sdn Bhd. As at end-September, GFM had cash of RM93.83 million against short- and long-term borrowings of RM28.48 million and RM241.35 million. Net gearing stood at 99.7%, while retained earnings stood at RM93.83 million. Im its latest move, it is acquiring the entire stake in Era Gema Bina Sdn Bhd for RM23 million to expand into the highway rest and service area (RSA) business. On chart pattern wise, a formation of head and shoulder is seem in developing. On the bear side, If its share price pullback from 0.255 to 0.215 (neckline) then, a head and shoulder pattern which is a bearish pattern will be complete. It may further goes into correction to Tp1: 0.170 or Tp2: 0.150. On the neutral side, If it can close at price 0.260 or above before the neckline retracement, the head and shoulder pattern shall become invalid. Thus it might do some consolidation to 0.205 or 0.190 and take some time before gaining some strength to rally to Tp1: 0.300, Tp2: 0.330 or Tp3: 0.350. Disclaimer: This is not a Buy / Sell call. GFM - TA1. Price candle break out MA 200 on 15 Aug '23 give strong signal the price movement may change direction to bullish soon. 2. Price candle testing MA 200 on 12 May '23 to 14 Aug '23 to shake out weak retailers. 3. GC (Golden Cross) MA 50 & MA 20 happen on 15 Aug '23 is below MA 200 line. Price may PB to MA20/MA50 line to form accumulation area. 4. Price candle and MA 200+MA 50+MA 20 line not yet align, expected a PB will happen soon and price candle may move in accumulation area to get MA line align together. 5. Price candle need BO strong resistance (0.210-0.215) to gain upward momentum. 6. Propose EP area stated in this TA. All MA line need to align first before decide on EP. 7. EW count analysis stated in this TA including with sub-wave count. TP for sub-wave iii is on area Fibo 1.618 (0.270) and TP for main wave 3 is Fibo 1.618 (0.34)

Is GFM breaking out from Falling Wedge?GFM had started to form Bullish Falling Wedge somewhere in early of May. The falling wedge's band had become narrowed. As the final closed price is at peak of the band, I anticipate that it will break out in the following day or it will make a final pullback before breakout eventually. Bullish ContinuationGFM has made a significant advances above a strong 10 -years DTL , however found resistance at 0.48 and made a return move to Support level at 0.31. We notice a buying momentum persist above the support area , hence upside movement could continue, immediate hurdles are at 0.37 (R1) and 0.445 (R2). Price movement above resistance at 0.48 could push the price higher to our Fibonacci target at 0.74. The entire correction could have ended as buy signal seen on daily Stochastic on oversold area.
