Kronologi Asia Bhd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the provision of business consulting, designing of solutions and research and development relating to new and emerging information technology software, applications, multimedia development, information systems, data management software, data protection solutions and processes, system back-up, disaster recovery systems, and hybrid and cloud enterprise data management technology and solutions. It operates through the following segments: EDM Infrastructure Technology, EDM Managed Services, and Investment Holding and Others. The EDM Infrastructure Technology segment provides EDM infrastructure technology which includes both hardware and software. The EDM Managed Services segment offers backup, storage, recovery, and restoration of enterprise data, health checks, capacity planning, remote monitoring, and disaster recovery services. The Investment Holding and Others segment focuses on providing funding, investment-related, and administrative support services. The company was founded by Piti Pramotedham and Chong Meng Teo on October 25, 2013 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
