It operates through the following segments: Construction, Plantation, Investment Holding, Trading, and Others. The Construction segment focuses on civil engineering, construction work of earthwork and building, and plantation contracting. The Plantation segment deals with managing and operating forest plantations, logging, saw milling, chipping, other downstream manufacturing and related activities, and oil palm plantation. The Investment Holding segment refers to investment in subsidiaries. The Trading segment is involved in the trading of fresh and processed fruits. The Others segment consists of principal activities unrelated to construction, plantation, investment holding, and trading. The company was founded on March 10, 1987 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
