Hello Malaysian traders, hoping that everybody in good health.
These company has a large of liquidity and a large cash flow. Since that the global chain market has been worsen due to pandemic.. the crude palm oil price also get infected. Since that the demand of crude oil is still there, these company still can survive.
The case almost similar with USOIL market, but these is a bit different.
For the moment now, I just keep on my eyes on this market price. If there signals, Long positions will be in positions.

RSAWIT - The King of SawitThis company has given me almost 100% return in Q4 2019 when the crude palm oil spike high. It has high correlation with CPO price so monitor closely as the CPO will directly impact their revenue.
Now that the price of CPO lingers around the support at 2.2k, and the charts looks good to enter the buy position with observable resistance level.
I kinda like buying the dip when everything falls just right at the support line as my risk:reward ratio is better here. Its just that we need a holding power, waiting the price to go up and broke the resistance. By then you will know that you are in the ship riding the wave.

Strategy: Consolidation Breakout Strategy
Bias: Bullish. Today RSAWIT broke out from the consolidation resistance 320 zone. Two days ago, recovery of plantation sector was already spotted and given the signal to all members in private group. Today members took profit during the big spike :)
SWC expects the momentum might be continued as to further challenge the immediate neckline resistance, which acts as the same Bollinger Mid Band.
Currently, RSAWIT share price has accurately closed at the MA zone, at the same time, the downtrend line resistance zone.
