The Property Investment segment refers to the letting of commercial properties. The Hotel Operations segment consists of the operations of hotel and related services. The Investment Holding segment includes the investment holding. The Property Development segment relates to property development. The Others segment involves in the provision of management and property support services. The company was founded by Kien Toh Teh in 1962 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
