It operates through the following segments: Investment Holding; Property Development & Management; and Other Operations. The Investment Holding segment engages in the operation of the car park and rental income. The Property Development & Management segment engages in the development and management of land into vacant lots, residential, commercial and industrial buildings. The Other operations segment engages in the construction and project management activities. The company was founded by Teh Kiak Seng in 1993 and is headquartered in Butterworth, Malaysia.
