It operates through the following divisions: Forestry, Plantation, Trading, and Property. The Forestry division deals with timber harvesting and forest regeneration activities. The Plantation division covers cultivation of industrial trees. The Trading division handles the timber marketing and trading activities. The Property division focuses on the management and investment and holding of the group's properties. The company was founded on May 13, 1996 and is headquartered in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
