$BOTZ Robotics and A.I. ETF – Double Top or Shakeout?Looking at this weekly chart NASDAQ:BOTZ has made a series of higher highs and higher lows, the definition of an uptrend. It did, however, fail to make a higher high in the last few weeks. The question is, is this an indication of a double top and ready for more downside or is it just a shakeout waiting to resume the uptrend? I do not know the answer. I do like that it has been pulling back on light volume (no rush for the doors) and it just finished a 3 Weeks-Tight pattern. (If you look at the chart these are automatically calculated by the charting tool I am using and are marked with a white bar.) Looking back, you can see not all 3 Weeks-Tight lead to an uptrend. However, most of them do, so that is an edge, not a guarantee. I do not like shorting stocks, so I look for edges to go long. It seems to me that continuing the uptrend is the path of least resistance. I have set an alert at $31.02 which was Friday, May 31 high that went just over Thursday, May 30 high of 30.99. This is a weekly chart so you cannot see those candles, if you look you will see that Friday’s candle looks to be a price rejection to the downside. Should my alert trigger, I will look to go long with a stop just under Friday’s low of 30.35. And as always situational awareness is important to any trade. The chart I am using is the All-In-One LevelUp tool available here on TV. Check it out. Ideas, not investing / trading advice. Comments always welcome. Thanks for looking. Longby jaxdog0
4 A.I ETFs for you to considerLatest news in town www.dailymail.co.uk It is sad that this happened and I am sure it will not be the last. With A.I and ChatGPT becoming a hot topic these days, it is becoming easier for anyone who wish to publish a book, write an article or even a research journal. And I have seen videos online that teach you how to avoid plagiarism as well. Technology has become so advanced, OMG!!! And here's what this article says whether should school ban ChatGPT or embrace it ?https://www.scmp.com/yp/discover/your-voice/opinion/article/3211219/face-should-chatgpt-be-allowed-school So, if you believe in years to come that some work of today's workers might be reduced or replaced by these intelligent software, then wouldn't it be wise to consider investing in some of these companies ? Not sure which company to choose from? There is always an ETF to choose from. At time of writing, I am invested in BOTZ ETF and looking at chart, it shows quite similar patterns among its peers. Let's wait for the breakout of the resistance level first before considering adding or going LONG. Please DYODD. Longby dchua1969Updated 2
Stepping back from trading for a bit, shy of TFSA strat .Hey guys , I have been losing my edge on swing trading strat last few days because of bad order placement or perhaps it could have been a some mistakes on the brokers part but LW and BOTZ were sold below their stops because the order was apparently non exist ant in the brokers system and I missed it , as a result those two trades lost more than they should have. I have had this happen once before and I received a message from IBKR that it was their bad , so maybe this is the same this time around but in any case I have also been on the road , working 7 days a week and very focused on my exterior tile work I have on the go for some very good clients . I normally am able to find the time to manage my swing positions efficiently but in this case I can see I made MCHI trade , which should have been avoided and then shortly after I had this incident occur where I missed that stops were not in . So , I have 3 trades where I lost more than I should have and 2 of which ( BOTZ and LW ) that it seems it may have been my fault somehow screwing up the order . Maybe I entered as a day expiry instead of Good till cancelled ? but in any case I realized that my limited time has broke me from my stock schedule for the first time in ages and I decided to step back for a bit here , as my whole summer and fall is booked with pretty demanding outdoor Tile installations , my job , where I am up against the weather, access paths, and have lots of responsibility to make sure I do a good job that I am proud of and know it will last . So , I sold my stocks in Swing trade account for the time being , its still up a tiny bit ( 1.7% I believe ) and now in cash . And I will still run the TFSA Strat because its a lot easier to manage in the background . Overall looking at a sum of accounts , the net value as of now is just under a 8% gain though and so for this I am pretty grateful. My SLOW strat has outperformed my swing strat as of this point, which is up around 12% on its own this year :) . But I just want to say that I am not by any means completely stepping away from the market I will still make sure to watch my names and an overall picture as well as take any and all TFSA account signals . I really got the rules and procedures down for my swing strat in the last year of focus and I have found it tricky to hold on to gains although the system does work and I believe in it . But following it perfectly is imperative to holding on to gains and this last little period has been a good example on how just 3 bad trades can take what feels like a good gain and take it away . So I will remember that as a lesson and I will most definitely continue my path . I also realized that for the most part , if I had just sold the whole account when I felt like I was having a great run , I probably would have done much better than holding though like my strategy does . So , this has given me the idea that when I start back up with the ability to have laser focus again , I want to run two accounts that basically take the same trades , but one uses statistical and "gut" equity returns to sell at will and go to cash to lock in gains , I have a feeling that will do great but since I will have 2 mostly identical accounts , it will also allow me to hold in another account to trend follow stronger names that want me to stay in . I don't know how that will work but I think it might be a good solution to lock in more profits while still allowing the same trades to stay in long term moves . Oh one last thing , I am going to look in to it with IBKR if I did or did not screw up the orders with BOTZ and LW like I mentioned , I think that I might have not , and maybe it was actually IBKR's screw up , because it happened before and took them a week after to email me a " our bad " notification . It would honestly make me feel a lot better to find out that I did actually do my due diligence with those orders and stops were actually in . But in the meantime I need to assume that I got too busy with work and neglected my strategy and that a good reason to cease and desist for now , no point in self sabotaging out own strategies because we neglect them due to being too busy right ... I will try to provide and update on what did happen with LW and BOTZ stop orders too , going to call IBKR on my way into work today . Take care . Have a good summer ~ by NAK19870
BOTZ , LONGBack in BOTZ , not super confident for some reason , but all the more reason to be prepared for an ass whooping and know that I will still nonetheless follow-through with the plan . And the plan is to stay focused on the winners . QQQ is weekly extended , and yet we are going up , I was wrong about my recent guess so far on the market consolidating around its UCB breakout level . Most of the time I am wrong . But I know my system has some statistical advantage and so I will follow it , whatever my gut is . So , not confident for whatever reason , still taking the trade . Get stoppped out , will re asses but most probably try it several times assuming trend is valid .Longby NAK1987Updated 0
BOTZ , LONG Missed this friday but was able to act now to get in under reasonable circumstances ... I don't like the fact that lots of its holdings are from the Japanese exchange but upon a review of some other similar ETF's it seems that most of these related ETF's have a similar exposure and so I decided that I am just going to ignore it and do what one of my whiteboard says " Follow the signal " . This is the third attempt , and I have had too many trades where I get stopped out several times only to not take them when it would have worked , so I really try to make sure that once I decide to trade something I have the grit to focus on it even if it starts off by losing me money . BOTZ - 1 out of 3 ETF reviews that I added to ETF watchlist Stage two uptrend but also tighter moves and over the 500 K avg daily volume on scans . I am uncertain as to whether or not I will trade it but I like this stage two uptrend for is lack of volatility compared to some other notable stage two breakouts in europe , gold , and emerging markets ETFs . But there are also two others etfs I noticed, next one is the only Bitcoin miner etf I could find , WGMI. I am not a bitcoin/crypto fan but price is price and a trend is a trend and it would seem Bitcoin is in one of the stronger yielding stage two uptrends at this time and lots of miner related stocks are breaking out and have had much larger gains than the % gain bitcoin has had . I think that WGMI might be a good way to gain exposure to these miners without quite as much gap risk ... Also it has better price structure than some of the stocks I compared it to . I looked at HIVE, HUT, RIOT, MARA, CAN, and CIFR. WGMI , the etf, has better price structure than half of those stocks. If I wanted to trade one of those stocks I would pick RIOT , but its way below its GLB breakout area and I am not permitted to trade those names , any stocks I trade must be above their GLB but I do think that bitcoin miners are starting to look pretty nice and I think that I can gain exposure to them through WGMI. One of the things that I did not like about WGMI is its low volume , I really don't like trading stuff that gets below 500k avg daily volume so I might just stay away , undecided .... many of the stocks are pretty high short levels/ratios and the futures positioning is betting on bearish The last one that stands out is DBC , which is the agriculture ETF ... Lots of basing never really had a stage 4 , maybe it might be breaking up maybe not , seems like with some follow-through , future wedge drop n pops could be a good tactic . One last thing , most stuff is lagging behind these names when you look at them on the weekly , which is the time frame I used to section out these three ETFs . Europe / GOLD / and emerging markets also stood out but are more volatile....also am slightly long XLC and want to stay focused on it it is stays on Stage two upTrend ..XHB ( homebuilders ) also on stage two ETF list. by NAK19871

$BOTZ - entry opportunityZoom out There are not many entries for this ETF if you like to buy under the 20 EMA I do not know when the next opportunity will hit. I will be starting my long position with this dip-gift. For long entries, I buy in 20/40/40 or 40/40/20 depending on the set up. This means if my whole entry is 100 shares, I buy only 20%, then add 40% with confirmation at next level (there are no levels since this is at ATH) and the final 40% at the following confirmed level. In this case will use entry method 20/40/40 because when this dips it can hold under the 20 EMA for a day or two and last week posted a lot of uncertainty. Longby katblat3

BOTZ to break past $26 by 2026Due to advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and big data, the majority of these robotics holdings will benefit as a market. A.I. will allow them to increase quality, proactively service manufacturing machinery, and provide the benefits of R&D down stream to customers. Reliance on the BOTZ holdings will be a natural from the market in which laggards do not invest into the “compound interest of AI benefits” early on.Longby youareallset227
