CZR trade ideas
CZR LongNew uptrend started in June with ABCD pattern.
Expecting support near where gap/T1 and bottom of new upward channel meet.
From there, we make our way to the .5 fib level as long as fundamental analysis is green and the general market doesn't take a dive.
Roll for our point w/ $CZRCaesars Entertainment has been in a long channel up trend since the start of the year.
Most recently, we have seen higher lows with steady highs. See them on the chart.
BUT- the channel had roughly the same highs. Just yesterday it broke through that channel on the high side, and I bought in. (Entry in blue)
My S/L is at the bottom of the recent gap at/around $9.50 and the target is to break thru $11 for a $1 gain.
2/1 ration here. Not ideal, but manageable.

Recent activity in the options market HAD SIGNALED significant gains were ahead. As we had stated in our earlier analysis the company could very well be sold, today the Wall Street Journal are reporting that NASDAQ:ERI is finalizing a cash and stock deal to acquire the company and that it may be announced later this month. This may encourage others to join the bidding process, so investors will be hoping for a bidding war to ensue.

The dawning of sports betting and rumors regarding activist investors interest in selling the company to a competitor has also brought investors back to the stock. It is approaching a apex on the chart we think it breaks up.

CZR headed for 14+RSI is -10 compared to the last bounce. The share has witnessed an identical 1.60 lowering of price since the last bounce. 13.6 resistance recently broken. A repeat bounce of 1.78% would bring it to this resistance again.
