GOGO trade ideas
GOGO - bottoming is almost done? For the last 6 months NASDAQ:GOGO is consolidating in what appears to be bullish flag.
Right now price is close to multiple support levels, and with healthy MACD divergence, reasonable to expect potential bottom around current area soon enough. Thus long entry might be attempted.
$GOGO Technical Damage On The Charts$GOGO looks to have broken its bull trend line. We believe prices are heading lower. The key support level to watch over the next few days is the 200 day moving average of $4.91 a share. If that fails to hold, we are looking at a target price of between $3 and $4 a share. $GOGO bulls needs to be cautious here.
Last week, $GOGO reported earnings and here are the highlights:
$GOGO reported mixed Q3 results that beat on EPS but missed on revenue with a 7% Y/Y sales drop.
2Ku aircraft online reached 1,289, up 73 aircraft on the quarter.
Revenue breakdown: CA-NA, $84.1M (-22% Y/Y); CA-ROW, $35.7M (+1%); BA, $81.3M (+11%).
The FY19 outlook continues to see in-line revenue of $800-850M (consensus: $830.74M) and revises the adjusted EBITDA expectation to $120-130M from the prior $105-115M. The revenue total puts CA-NA, CA-ROW, and BA all at the high end of their previously supplied guidance.

GOGO looking very strong bol="NASDAQ:GOGO"]NASDAQ:GOGO keep looking strong the entire time (even during when markets go down). It is now makeing a bull flag on top of another bull flag. In the new bull flag we can see a asematrical inverse head and shoulders pattern. This one seems to go higher once again.
GOGO Entry WindowsCredit to @kcty for tipping me off on this ticker. If you look at the long term resistance trendline (dashed red), you'll see it's converging quickly with the recent support trendline (solid green). I don't think recent support trendline will hold, but if it does, look to enter in the breakout window. Not much resistance above the TEMA 200.
The minor pullback window has support at the bottom of the regression trendline , the TEMA 100, the TEMA 50 and the .382 fib level. The major pullback window has support at the long-term uptrend (dashed green) and the .618 fib level. It's a gamble to combine a swing trade with a play on an earnings report, but there's a beautiful potential setup here. GOGO has posted earnings beats for the last three quarters. A positive catalyst could launch a breakout to 8.00. I think your worst-case scenario on a poor earnings report is the 3.52 floor. If the timing of a minor pullback or major pullback occurs immediately prior to the ER date, the risk is comparatively low to the potential windfall gain on the bounce with a positive catalyst. If you're playing a pullback, I'd recommend confirming entry with an MA crossover or MA-BB crossover before taking your position.
I'll link a screenshot below to give you a better picture of the resistance trendline.

GOGO Sketchy playI dont like the looks of this chart. I know nothing about the company, but this stock is sort of in free fall mode. We hit some mild support recently. I would put my stop just below those, and try to ride this up for a 30% gain and then drop it like it's hot. It does look like it could have a 4 hour TTM squeeze firing long soon. Keep an eye out for that.
