The number of unsubstantiated claims is absurd, but more so than that it's the nature of the claims.
100 billion for an environmental program when the biggest one of all time was less than a tenth of that over a multi-year timespan and backed by bezos. The program isn't even really relevant to their field either.
Then there are these claims of massive pending contracts with Amazon, however Amazon has a tremendous amount of overlap with GRRR, and not only have the deals failed to materialize, it wouldn't make sense if they did. Amazon can probably already do anything GRRR can do in house. They partner for customer service and logistics, pretty much everything else they do themselves.
They claim massive deals which are consistently revised to be mere fractions of their initial scope, One Amazon, the Thai Government, some huge global fund that has no record of existing yet. thier supposed Egyptian contracts which still haven't shown up on their balance sheets when they really should have by now
While they have some legitimate business, it seems to me that they are using it as a vehicle to facilitate massive fraud by making unsubstantiated claims to manipulate share prices.
Just look at how overpriced their warrants are. You could buy future dilutive shares though warrents for 122.50 two years from now. Or you could buy them through non-dilutive call options for 37.15. Fundamentally with those kind of misspricings it's clear that they are taking advantage of ignorant retail traders, which appears to be their modus operandi. Sophisticated players aren't able to arbitrage the misspricing away because of high lending fees, low liquidity, and most brokers not allowing warrants to be shorted.
All in all at the very least you can clearly see something isn't quite right, it doesn't even pass a quick sniff test. For me they stink like fish that's been left out for 4 days.
If you are in this because you believe at least have a clear exit strategy, and decide now what information will get you to change your mind. For me I'd need proof of contracts and substantiation of major claims to not be bearish
Whatever the case may be caution is warrented.
