GRRR Please explain to me how a company that was publicly listed via a SPAC a little less than 3 years ago has so much surplus cash, is/was able to offer share buybacks now turns around and needs to sell shares at a discount rate in order to stay contractually compliant? Once again it re-affirms a pump and dump cycle.
Listen, when a company called Gorilla starts beating its chest about "adjusted earnings" while actually bleeding money, you know someone's going bananas with the calculator.
The tea is SCALDING: $4.5M "adjusted" profit vs $4.6M actual loss. That's not accounting—that's creative writing. And apparently, their favorite genre is fiction.
But wait, there's more! They're sitting on $70M in "we totally did work but haven't been paid yet" receivables against $18M quarterly revenue. That's like claiming you're rich because people owe you money from poker games that may or may not have happened.
The pièce de résistance? Needing $105M for "performance bonds" despite claiming $34M in cash. Either their accountant uses invisible ink, or that cash is as real as their earnings adjustments.
The institutional investor dropping $100M? Either they've mastered 4D chess or someone's playing checkers with Monopoly money.
My take: When the numbers need this much "adjusting" to look good, you're not investing in a tech company—you're funding a very expensive math tutoring program.
This is definitely not financial advice, but if it walks like a duck and cooks books like a duck...
GRRR I'm sick to f'n death with this bullshit stock price action. I'm totally done with the scam stock action. This is not a sound company to invest into. At the drop of a hat it can crash & burn or skyrocket.
GRRR Interesting chart, if it can hold off in its breakout until im done playing with whatever is happening else where. This one could get interesting as well. Interesting call Bod, I had looked at them before a couple months ago and the chart was less than stellar, its starting to get interesting for sure. If they can report any news and catch a little volume increase itll blast through those blocks, heck after this week, those blocks could just be artificial to accumulate shares, Monday will be fun, good luck
GRRR Sold again this morning with a $1300 profit, not too shabby. Always retraces after a quick pump. I don’t know why these guys below are bashing this stock, I’ve always did well with it and I believe it will be $40 plus by year end. Mark my words.
GRRR As far as I'm concerned the earnings results more or less confirmed that this is a scam company. They are taking advantage of unsophisticated retail investors by prioritizing the appearance of metrics retail pays attention to while the overall picture looks rather terrible.
GRRR Thank goodness I took profit and sold near $27 on Friday. Anyone buying this today or are you waiting for a better entry point? I feel we are going to have another pump this week.
GRRR I finally hit one, bought last week. Sold and made a nice $3k profit. I have a feeling this will dump back down next week or even retrace back down to $22-23 by closing bell.
