KTOS- Aerospace & DefenseKratos looks very interesting to me. I am definitely late on the perfect entry at 4.56 but this price has been consolidating and moving sideways since 2006. Price is currently breaching its 2001 price. Why has price moved back into these levels? I did a quick search on the news to see what i could find and the first article said the following.
Drone Operations Industry Substantially Expanding Usages, Transforming into A Billion Dollar Revenue Opportunity.
This makes me want to look more into this area of the market to find the best companies to trade.
I think KTOS has the potential to reach PT1 quick especially with earnings in 11 days, with many potential targets above. I just found a similar company i will review next that gapped up 30%! on earnings.

Ktos is a company that is being trading in the RUT (Russel).
Sector of aerospace and defense.
I like it in here for a swing long, with some targets above as you can see in the chart.
The stock is very close to break again the ATH and is a lovely higher highs and higher lows pattern.
As long as the market will keep do its thing higer, i lean to a nice gains in here.
we may have some issue and struggling around the 35.66$ but i do beleive we shell break it.

KTOS long at 32.69 after hoursNot many charts that look like this out there these days that are far enough away from earnings to keep me from breaking out in hives.
This one is a little dangerous, given the lack of nearby support after that upward burst, so I'll be holding my breath just a bit. I do think the long term uptrend continues, though. I don't see Trump cutting the defense budget any time soon (that's what every other aspect of gov't and the public good is for, apparently), and probably this area would be last if he did, so that makes it a little bit safer in my opinion.
Per my usual strategy, I'll add to my position at the close on any day it still rates as a “buy” and I will use FPC (first profitable close) to exit any lot on the day it closes at any profit.

Gaps and How Markets Move In Contraction and ExpansionThere are several ways to trade gaps but first, there should be a solid understanding of what Gaps are and how they show up. Markets aren't that hard to read if we have some simple ways to see them that adhere to the principles of movement.
All markets move in contraction and expansion. A Gap is the sudden supply/demand imbalance that comes out of the contraction and shows up as the expansion. These expansions can even be used to measure how far the next expansion will go.
Start with a simple bar chart and erase everything else off the chart. Look and simply see the dense areas of contraction (Range). Then see the expansion (Gap), followed by another contraction.
Look for same-size contractions and expansion and you will start to see how organized price flow can be. It's no different than swings in that minor contractions and expansions make up the major contractions and expansions.
