Purple Innovation | PRPL | Long at $0.93Purple Innovation / Mattress NASDAQ:PRPL is facing a Nasdaq delisting if it can't stay above $1 by early 2025. However, a positive move up (from a technical analysis perspective) may be brewing. My historical simple moving average lines are approaching the price, which more often than not means a future price jump. But the question is, will it occur before the scheduled delisting? Google Trends shows the largest spike in the search for "Purple Mattress" occurred between June to December 2024. The CEO of NASDAQ:PRPL bought $203k worth of shares around this initial spike. The company is not expected to be profitable for some time, but I am more interested in the short-term move here vs the strength of the company, long-term. So, while this is a "risky" play, especially with the approaching Nasdaq delisting, it's interesting from a technical analysis end. At $0.93, NASDAQ:PRPL is in a personal buy zone through January 2025. Target #1 = $1.14 Target #2 = $1.30 Target #3 = $1.50 Target #4 = $1.63

PURPLE (PRPL) may be in the process of reversal.PURPLE, yes the mattress company, has bee getting hammered for a while now. Their stock price was mile higher than it is now, but it looks like the bottom may just be in. And, it's gone down so much, compared to what it used to be, that the risk involved in investing, or trading it has decreased as well. Keep in mind that this company is extremely subject to interest rates, and interest hikes/cuts. This would probably be a good play for some mid to longer term options plays. Just make sure there's open interest in the strike if you do buy one, as liquidity is key to options trading. Good luck, and always use a stop.

PRPL found his bottomPRPL came back on $8.80, therefore it offers the chance to calculate the Fibonacci areas. The levels explain already a lot but I expect a hard and strong level at $18.50 - this could form a potential new area. The fall was related to the news on last monday: "expects earnings and revenue at the low end of prior guidance" But important is this as well: The company said it now expects fiscal 2021 full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA at the low end of guidance ranges it provided in November when it released Q3 results. The company said on Nov. 9 it expected annual revenue of $720 million to $740 million and adjusted EBITDA of $15 million to $25 million. Overall in the end PRPL is as a buy stock right now, from my point of view.

Look for bounce in PRPLI have this one on my calendar today from back on the 6th for this month. I don't really follow it, but it has made a new low and I'm thinking this could be a tradable bounce. I do anticipate a bounce starting this afternoon in indexes as well from around 4224 on /ES. I'm looking for around $26.34 in PRPL and then get out. Other stocks on my calendar today are DDD for a high (but it's obv a low), FIZZ and tomorrow CLLS to buy. Idk that stock, (but that's what's written for tomorrow) and hold until Nov. I got CLLS on 7/12. If you've never seen my work it's mainly based on dowsing and intuitive methods, combined with some patterns and fibs/symmetry.

PRPL potential breakoutPRPL Breakout - Above 32.80/ 33 (Buy) Support - 32/ 32.50 (Cut Loss) Targets - 33.50/ 35/ Above 36 (Trim or Sell) Analysis - The inverted head and shoulders pattern indicates a movement towards a bullish trend(Top Yellow). Following that it has formed a bullish wedge if you look at the past 3 months(Yellow). It is forming a symmetrical triangle(Pink) over the past 2 weeks off of the IHNS and Bullish wedge. I believe we will see a breakout at 32.80/33. The MCAD also is buy. All moving average technicals are BUY and the RSI is good. I believe an option for 35 strike with an expiry at 1/15th is good. I need to learn to interpret the theta to figure out the better choice. I think we will see a slight pullback before the breakout

$PRPL in an ABC correction of Minor wave 2 (1-2, 1-2, 1 setup)-Primary wave is in Green, starting at Sept 4th low to Oct 20th high -Intermediate wave is in Yellow, starting at the Nov 11th low to the Nov 30th high -Minor wave is in Pink, starting at the Dec 14th low to the Dec 18th high. - The Pitchfork is following the Primary wave Watch for $PRPL to come down next week as it completes the ABC correction to finish minor wave 2 (in pink). From there im projecting a high of $31.50 around Jan 8th to 11th before a retrace to $29-$30, and then a completion of the minor wave 5 (pink) to complete the intermediate wave 3 (yellow). Intermediate PT of $38 by early to mid February. Long term PT of $47 around mid March to April. Note: Be aware that time targets are approximations, and less accurate the further out we project. The more time we have to play out, the more time we have for the conditions to change.
