Talk To MeFundamentally I like the space. Therapy online makes a lot of sense, also coming out of a pandemic and these odd times I can see more people in need of therapy. Also I have heard talk of this being am acquisition target.
Technically we see some major volume spikes in recent weeks and price making higher lows since bottoming in late May. The price also broke out of the descending trend line on the weekly. The MACD is crossing and price held above the .61 fib level and appears to be in a new channel/range.
Looking for strong volume with a close over 1.68 (.78 fib) to initiate a long swing position.
Targets: 1.86, 2.38
Onward & UpwardTALK is an early SPAC play which is showing strong market sentiment as one of the few pure mental health tickers; currently acquiring commons and small calls for 1/21/22, will continue to average in. Mental health industry expected to grow 30B+ by 2028. Large insider buys 6/22/21. Increasing volume/decrease in short interest DTC, MACD crossover on the daily.
I'm looking out for a classic cup and handle here to begin the trend towards $10 with a potential floor @ $5.66.. I like the stock.
