ProShares split all ETFs w/ 3wks notice This is TQQQ-SQQQ chart. I warned of the ProShares split, and it got little mention in the news since the announcement. This is one of the most popular ETF companies in the NYSE, with $550bn in ETFs. This is a big deal. They decided to split ALL ETFs, on short notice (3 weeks) , right before the biggest pullback since covid? Impeccable timing or what? The norm for announcement-to-split is 2-3 months out, but they split within 3 weeks!? For example, AMZN recently announced a 5/27 split; and GOOG who announced 7/15 split in December. The 22nd phenomenon is just when new contracts start for the next month; but looking at it from an ETF Giant's point of view you may glean something from the moves here. Did they know there was a problem? When? Did this help cause it? Any theories welcome. I'm not 100% sure what to make of it, but ProShares seemed to know exactly when to reset the books; and didn't give retail much notice. two paths for nasdaq futures (TQQQ)in reality the tech boom is to blame for this correction. if we werent in such business with the market weight we are currently there wouldnt be a need for the drawdown in buying that we are. this could obviously co tinue, but my bias is still long after the current contraction and retracement. divergence from vwma, rsi and qqe signals strategies are long, and i have to say that the weekend looks promising as long as we stay away from negative headlines. the conflict is mostly priced in and xlv, xle, xli, utsl having a good day in relation to the rest of the market moving down shows healthy rotation, and does not spell a crash. defensive sector stock will accumulate and prices in tech will move up.

New Idea for this week... Instead of doing paperwork.. I find myself looking at stock charts. (have to stop doing that!). I may take this one........ this is going to show up on my radar more. I am so sorry I didnt even think of this one this week. Lets see if we can hit that green box. I am looking for a bullish start to kick off the week. I think we might be able to make it there. Stop losses are a must in case it's wrong, especially in the case of a leveraged ticker. This will degrade quickly, you do not want to be stuck holding onto any ticker in a long position during a bear market but especially a leveraged one.
