Strong potential to breakout the price then at the same time breakout a range and test the middle of the median of ANDREWS PICHTFORK. WORKHORSE HORSE GROUP can forcefully break the center of the fork and land on the top after in the second row. And if the buyers are there, try testing the next high with breakout on the new range. But little buying force for the moment strong resistance to pass before range (See TIMEFRAME H4 with excess on TIMEFRAME H1).

WKHS Fib 618 simple play WKHS

Plan: fib play, 618 to fib 1
Reasons:
WKHS is reacting alright to the fib 618. It's under a strong upward trend from Nov 1, but the Fib 1 line at $30.00 might be a psych barrier for now. I expect WKHS to zone trade until it hits big news (beyond what's priced in, like the UPS Truck render). So be basic with me, play the 618 fib.
If this play fails and WKHS continues tanking, I would super expect it to bounce up on the Fib 283/price line $21.00
WKHS Long with the Pullback from about 22Look to pick up long options on WKHS with the channel break next week. This can run from where it is presently into about 34 before completing the next up move. I am not in but will place orders for next week. Have a great weekend!
WKHS 11/24/2020Previous to this cycle we saw WKHS get rejected twice @ $30.87 and $30.62 forming a double top failing to break the $31 level.
WKHS held $15 as a major Support
WKHS started to reaccumulate volume
Saw a move $20 to break that resistance to make a support
Saw a move past $25 closing out the week above $25

If we open tomorrow above $30 we can see a $31 retest if we can hold above that we can see a strong rally for WKHS to $40 leading up to the contracts

RSI is Over Bought on the daily as well.
WKHSok, we had a divergence in the chart, in the two tops. now I expect the price to go all the way up to 40 on Friday of the next week (4th December?).
It's based on a fact that I have seen happening quite a lot on the RSI divergences in the past 3 months.
we will see. Anyway, I'm not in since it's still risky, more than usual trading as I consider it total speculation.

Short interest is low but there was a 20% increase on Friday. Probably due to the extensive move up.
I looked on hourly for a possible gap as that can be a good entry point if a small pull back occurs. Nada..
There are no rising wedges on the yearly chart that I can see. A bit of a surprice
Possible stop below bottom, or below 15.12 ....or under last pivot low. Bottom 1 is 13.36 and Bottom 2 is 15.13
