The consensus EPS is $-0.03 against $-0.06 of the same quarter last year.

The current ratio is at 91% indicating the inability to overcome any short term financial turbulence while the net revenue has been on a steady decline. The total assets as well as the shareholders equity have also been declining and as of 31/08/2023 they lost around 32% and 37% respectively while cash on hand also declined by around 30%. From the technical analysis perspective the price has been making some minor gains in the last month of the year in an effort to close the year in a positive outlook. The opening share price on 1st of January was $3.31 so the company will end on a profitable year overall despite the recent losses. Currently the price is testing the resistance of the combination of the 100 day moving average and the upper band of the Bollinger bands while at the same time the Stochastic oscillator is recording extreme overbought conditions indicating that a correction to the downside might be possible before the end of the year. The 50 day moving average is trading well below the 100 day moving average validating the overall bearish momentum in the market but today's session is rather important to see where it will close. This is because if it closes above the $4.25 - $4.30 area there are some hopes of the 38.2% of the weekly Fibonacci retracement level to support the price in the short term.

BB: Is at the PCZ of a Bullish Gartley and a Bullish Deep CrabBlackBerry is attempting a spring-and-back-test-of-spring at the bottom of the range that it's been trading within since 2012, and the level happens to align with the PCZ of a huge Bullish Deep on the left, to which it has reacted once before, and on its way to testing the zone a second time and back testing the spring. It's also formed a smaller, more localized Bullish Deep Gartley with some hidden Bullish Divergence on the MACD. If it manages to get back above $5 and stay above $5 in the active session, we would then have room to see it pump all the way up to $24.89 really fast as that is the next major level above and near the 200-Month SMA, but if things really want to get serious, we could see BB complete a Full Measured move of this range which would take it all the way up to the 50% retrace up at around $45.39

Does BB hold warnings for tech giants? BB invented the smart phone, and that concept really caught on. But it didn't reflect in the BB stock. BB was once very top of the game. But things changed.
One has to wonder if similar fates are in store for mega stocks like AAPL and MSFT.
While this seems crazy based on what we're used to seeing from these stocks, it also would have seemed crazy for BB at the time of the high. Look at the final spike out of the high. Scroll your chart so you can only see the last bull candle and the first bear candle, and ask yourself - would this not have looked exactly the same at the high?

Both of these have now made the moves I expected to see in big top in SPX.
I'm starting to think it's a lot more possible we might have big highs in now.
If we do what we should see is the sell-off continue for a while, a big bull trap and then upon the failure of the next rally to make a new high (Forming a head and shoulders, probably) we enter into a real bear market.

BlackBerry Ltd (BB), DailyBlackBerry Ltd (symbol ‘BB’) share price has made a remarkable gain of around 53% in the first 5 months of the year and is currently trading in a range at the time of this report. The company is expected to report its earnings for the fiscal quarter on Thursday 22nd of June. The consensus EPS for the quarter is $-0.06 compared to the result for the same quarter last year of $-0.06.

The 50 moving average is still trading above the 100 day moving average indicating that the bullish momentum is still valid while the Bollinger bands have contracted significantly giving reason to the sideway movement seen on the chart in the last month.
