The fund-of-funds seeks consistent income and long-term capital appreciation through an actively managed, dividend-focused portfolio consisting of exchange-traded funds managed by Manulife. The underlying ETFs provide exposure to dividend-paying stocks globally, including US, Canadian, and international securities. The portfolio is constructed using an asset allocation process that has the ability to make tactical calls depending on the fund managers view of current market conditions. Typically, the fund allocates approximately 80-100% of its net assets in equity funds and 0-20% in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term bonds directly or indirectly through Manulife ETFs. These ranges could change due to continuous market fluctuations and administrative efficiencies. Portfolio rebalancing will be done at the discretion of the fund manager.
