Primary advisor
BMO Asset Management, Inc.
The fund invests in US companies that excel in human capital management, based on the belief that positive workplace culture supports long-term equity performance. Using third-party data and proprietary methodologies, the fund assesses non-financial dimensions such as direct managerial relationships, organizational alignment, employee engagement, innovation, organizational effectiveness, emotional connection, and extrinsic motivation. The fund selects the top 120 to 150 companies with the highest scores in these areas. While the fund primarily targets US issuers, it may invest up to 100% of its assets in foreign securities when appropriate. Investments may also include the use of derivatives for hedging or investment purposes, securities lending, repurchase or reverse repurchase agreements, and short selling. Lastly, the fund may temporarily hold cash or money market instruments for liquidity or defensive purposes.
