Railtel is at the forefront of providing nationwide Broadband Telecom and multimedia network in all parts of the country in addition to modernization of train operations and administration network systems. Valuations are decent as the stock trades at a PE of 16. Dividend yield at CMP is around 2.8% which can also be considered excellent. Fresh entry can be taken after closing above 105.25. The targets for the stocks will be 110 and 112. Long term target of the stock 9 months to 12 months can be 121 and 128. You may keep a trailing stop loss at closing below 91.
