CWG Plc engages in the provision of information and communication technology services. It operates through the following segments: IT Infrastructure, Managed Support, Communications & Integrated, Software, and Platform. The IT Infrastructure segment supplies, installs, and supports computer hardware, operating and middle ware systems, automated teller machines, and others. The Managed Support segment provides internal and external clients managed and outsourcing services and provides related accessories for equipment and service maintenance. The Communications & Integrated segment consists of communication and integrated equipment segment specializes in VSAT and fibre Connectivity. The Software segment comprises of services in software deployment, implementation and supports, systems analysis, design and implementation, and smartcard applications. The Platform segment refers to simplified products and solutions as the foundation for growth and progress in e-commerce and society, the likes of BillsNPay, SMERP, UCP, and Finedge. The company was founded by Austin Okere on September 26, 1991 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
