b) Their market started disappearing to online retailers.
c) Newer E-cars require much less of this
d) Their inventory and margin issues are still unresolved. And these are tough things to resolve. You either get them right from beginning (Walmart, Costco) or you get them wrong (kmart, Rona(canadian)).
At this point, there is too much fighting on their board to make things work for the company, and increasingly every mechanic and do-it-selfer is ordering parts online. I got my windshield for infinity at $160 shipped directly. Compare that to retailer prices of $400-$647 (yes at the dealer).
Looking at daily volume, it smells of distribution.

AAP in a Downtrend. Targets 130. As you can see here after putting in a double top we have broken out of the daily channel from about 1.5 years ago. We are also diverging on the weekly/daily. The break of this channel and support/retest puts us in a downtrend targeting $130. I think we could very well see this in about a month.
AAP AgainThis stock is already in a fine position to start a new trade. My entry was based on the RSI connors. stop 5% below, target 5% above . in the last year this strategy had 76% of win% .
AAPAAP, offers a little variation of the same system . It does have his CRSI below 30. but it hasn't met the 4 days criteria of decreasing closes... when this occurs, we have a lower winning trades. In this stock, in the last 4 years we do have a 64,81% of winning trades. with 54 trades being taken. the system is better for abov U$100,00 price per share. since we do have less commision impact. My entry point is this close, my stop below 119,70 and my target would be in 132.20
