I'm banking on this one - LONG @ 24.50I missed this one at the close yesterday and tried to get in after hours at 24.65 but failed. Lucky me- I got in this morning at 24.50 instead. After selling NYSE:NU yesterday I am underrepresented in financials, so I'm in here.
Not the prettiest chart, but it's paying me an almost 4% dividend if I have to wait. I don't expect to have to wait long enough for it to matter, it's just a nice "safety net" in case I have to.
Competing trendlines in play here, but this is is a quick flip, so they are likely not to be significantly influential. Just thought I'd point them out here for the chartists among us.
Per my usual strategy, I'll add to my position at the close on any day it still rates as a “buy” and I will use FPC (first profitable close) to exit any lot on the day it closes at any profit.
As always - this is intended as "edutainment" and my perspective on what I am or would be doing, not a recommendation for you to buy or sell. Act accordingly and invest at your own risk. DYOR and only make investments that make good financial sense for you in your current situation.
ASB trade ideas
ASB - Rejected at Desc 100; Above DTLRASB closed Fri backtesting DTLR and we'll see if it can confirm support. Right now we have ascending EMA's so the stock is trending bullish. Volume could be better coming in just below average. But the market has also been below average.
Above the daily 100 the 200 sits around $20.33. Between we have resistance in the $18.50 area.
ASB is also currently between the BBUB(1) and BBUB(2). Which is just a different way of saying the stock is trending.
I'm interested in a long here only if ASB can keep the EMA alignment and stay above the 9, currently around $17.10. Option liquidity sucks so this is a share play. Initial target is $18.50.
🟢 NEW POSITION $ASB Target 23.93 for 18.64% + DIVY🟢 $ASB Target 23.93 for 18.64% + DIVY
Or double position at 16.41

On the far right of the chart is my Average (Grey) Current Target (Green), and Next Level to add (Red) Percentage to target is from my average.
I start every position with 1% of my account and build from there as needed and as possible.
I am not your financial advisor. Watch my setups first before you jump in… My trade set ups work very well and they are for my personal reference and if you decide to trade them you do so at your own risk. I will gladly answer questions to the best of my knowledge but ultimately the risk is on you. I will update targets as needed.
GL and happy trading.
I finally added my YouTube Training Video to my profile tagline since I’m not allowed to on here. It’s a quick 15 minute training video on how to set up your chart and how to spot opportunities. So check here first but If you have questions just message me.

I’m practicing to nail my entries even better… if target hits I will take a position.
Ohhh, and a DIVY too…
If there's any ticker symbol you'd like me to determine a good entry price just comment below and I'll do as many as time permits. Some days I have lots of time and other’s not so much but as I can I’ll do them (and If I have enough charts left)
ASB. Bought a couple shares.I had this on my watchlist. It came to my area of interest, and it's showing signs that it may act as expected. There is plenty of good demand lower to set stops below, so my risk manager is satisfied. It's not a crazy R:R, but I'm coming to the understanding that giant R:R isn't as common in stocks as it is in forex or futures. I'm thinking same genus, but different species.
It might not work out, but this is the way I feel before all of my trades, so I'm learning that feeling uneasy about trades is not a great way to determine if they will succeed or fail.
The indicators aren't perfect, but my gut wants me to pounce, and I have denied it long enough for today. It has been a good gut.
ASB. Selecting stocks for outright ownership or options.I know there is a lot of profitability in managing your trade if you can successfully size in and out of a position as it moves for or against you. I agonize quite a bit on which one to pick so I can only be managing successful ones.
Any differing views or ways I could have chopped it up differently, please feel free to make yourself known below vvvv.
ASB short with a little adrenalin at the beginingWrite sometning about your psyhology thinking before trade? Today I am in a good shape, if I made a trening for and hour I feel much better
Describe the trade. What you see? after a good rely this stock is in a fall so I expecting that the price will go down
What have I done well for this trade? the stop order was placed perfectly to allow stock to greadh.
What can I take away to help with later trades? that I was probably to tight in trailing stop
