chewy $chwy #chwy Even in recession people seem to have a way of keeping their pets fed. Not sure about other countries but in the U.S., we often find that when people are doing poorly, they tend to spend even more $ and time with their pets.
This is so far the best opportunity since 2020 to begin creating a long-term position.
Also looks like a nice technical level to create a call position with a little bit of time on it.
I could be wrong but I don't think they have even begun using the A.i. narrative yet in earnings calls and truth is they are the perfect kind of company to later realize that they can save a lot of $ and increase profits dramatically over the next few years with use of a.i. and robotics.
Chewy for a bounce Chewy is very over sold. Could see a nice bounce. 19.60 to 21.50 is a nice lower risk 10% bounce.
Following up on CHWY gap play triple bottomFollowing up on the CHWY GAP play, it looks like a multi-year triple bottom is forming on the weekly.
1-2 week string trade on CHWY for Gap fillThis trade was pointed out by a few alpha channels I follow, it makes sense and the support/resistance have touch points from months ago. This is an easy 10% swing and if options are utilized can equate to a hefty sum just by filling the large candle of the gap.
Chewy should drop to around $20 -$21 before it rips Wave 5 isn't done yet, the bottom is near $20 or slightly above. From there it should rip to $30.

Going Long on CHWYCHWY is oversold at 33.60. After several quarters of earnings beats and lots of analysts upgrades it has gotten caught up in the recent fears of a pullback in the overall market and is overdone. if it drops below 33.56 and recovers, it can be considered a FBD (fake break down) and will be ready to run, IMHO. RSI and other indicators deeply oversold, and 33.56 represents a .618 retracement of June move off of the last earnings report. Best of Luck!
