Delta is regarded as one of the strongest airlines most likely
to survive the pandemic.
The possibility of further government aid only adds to that view.
The stock has managed to reclaim the 100ma as support.
Volume is increasing
RSI has crossed the midpoint & attempting to make a higher high.
First Fibonacci target is $29.27 which is a common swing level.
The Fibonacci Golden pocket at $32.30 would be a short term
win for the Bulls.

I am looking at grabbing some DAL calls tomorrow. I can see this having another beautiful run as we are starting to experience a small sector rotation. Stocks that were beat down by covid should experience a nice run in the next couple weeks. Happy trading!

United, American, Delta, Southwest — Airline stocks rallied on Wednesday as positive vaccine news gave investors confidence about a return in air travel demand. American Airlines jumped 7.7% and United Airlines rose more than 6%. Southwest and Delta gained 5% and 4%, respectively. Alaska Air Group gained 5.2%.
DAL - earnings 7/14 morning - swing callsAfter RSI climbed to 70+, it has retreated as price has consolidated, but is holding in a bull support zone. Price closed below 50sma and came back over. I bought 8/21 expiry 30 strike calls, a small position. If earnings are good IV drop will not hurt much and stock will head back to $40+

Delta EarningsThis next week we have earnings week and so we can start to see more economic data coming in from the 2nd quarter. Overall we can expect for price to remain within the range of standard deviations as there will be equal push and pull from both sides. Many investors have already priced in their anticipations about the sector.
DAL 30for whatever reason DAL is expected to beat their earnings predictions. This shows a bullish sign but not too bullish. most likely just the robinhood army taking the stock over for a bit. the robinhood army has dropped off a little bit but i am sure some how some way this thing is getting pumped back up before earnings. Would just run the rally on Friday or Thursday this week and hopefully if they beat earnings prediction on monday do the same. I am sorry this isnt as detailed as I usually am but The airlines are not my favorite atm.

Patience- I long for Delta and American Airlines I am very careful with my investment with bouncing shoulders and stuff. At least this stock is not FOMO, but don't expect it will sky rocket like Tesla.
What do you guys think ?
