It is also involved in providing terminalling services to independent third parties and Delek Holdings. The Investments in Pipeline Joint Ventures segment owns a portion of three joint ventures that have constructed separate crude oil pipeline systems and related ancillary assets, which serve third parties and subsidiaries of Delek Holdings. The company was founded on April 24, 2012 and is headquartered in Brentwood, TN.
